Guangxi State owned Qinlian Forest Farm was founded in 1963 and is headquartered in Qinnan District, Qinzhou City, Guangxi. It is a large state-owned forest farm directly managed by the Forestry Bureau of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and is a public welfare second-class institution at the department level. It has won honors such as "Top Ten Forest Farms", "Guangxi May Day Labor Award", "Autonomous Region Ethnic Unity and Progress Demonstration Unit", and "Qinzhou Advanced Grassroots Party Organization" in China. As of October 2023, the total area of operating forest land is 1.3892 million mu, with a forest volume of 6.93 million cubic meters and a forest coverage rate of 88.12%.

Based on its own resource advantages, Qinlian Forest Farm has deeply tapped into the three-dimensional potential of forest land and developed a composite under-story economy. In accordance with the "14th Five Year Plan for the Development of Qinlian Forest Farm's under-story Economy" and in combination with the creation of the "one farm, one product" under-story economy, it has scientifically developed various models of under-story economy such as "forest medicine" and "forest vegetable". It has scaled up and standardized the planting of 2897 acres of forest medicine, 1200 acres of forest vegetable, and nearly 10000 acres of woody spice forest; A large number of characteristic under-story economic industries have been built, including 3 under-story economic demonstration bases covering an area of over 500 acres and 1 woody spice core demonstration zone. They have been approved as the third batch of traditional Chinese medicine demonstration bases and the third batch of "customized parks" in Guangxi.
